The main purpose of the visit of the ICRC Head in the Kurdistan Region was to discuss humanitarian issues within the framework of international law and applicable and in compliance with human rights principles
The ICRC in the Kurdistan Region thanked the General Directorate of Counter-Terrorism for their welcome and willingness to discuss humanitarian issues within the framework of international law and applicable human rights principles, especially in order to investigate several specific cases.
